Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Define, execute and evaluate public relations programs for Nova centers pan India.
- Work with business and marketing leaders to help develop integrated communications plans, messaging and content that align with the companys strategic priorities and themes.
- Coordinate PR initiatives across Nova centers to drive print, online and electronic coverage.
- Provide writing and content creation support for media and influencer relations, including the development of key messages, news releases, pitches and spokesperson prep material.
- Build and foster media and influencer relationships that help generate awareness and interest.
- Manage PR agencies and budgets.
- Manage the Nova team and ensure timely deliverables.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications: MBA or MA preferred in communications or related field.
- 2-4 years+ experience in (internal and external) business communications or PR.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills Additional Profile Characteristics Desired.
- Must have excellent account management skills.
- Must be able to multitask and manage several projects well - Must be well organized, thoughtful, proactive and assertive.
