Job Description
Job Description To effectively communicate the plan along with purchase orders with the manufacturers and follow up to get the supplies as per the monthly schedule. To represent as a one point contact to co-ordinate with all the CMOs to resolve any commercial and technical related requisites.
Job Responsibilities:
.To act as a one-point contact for all communications with CMO.
To release the purchase orders based on the supply lead time & the approved purchase request to ensure the availability of stocks in time.
To order and supply all the sample stocks at the right time for distribution.
To follow with all CMOs to get the delivery schedule against the orders given and also to monitor its supplies as committed.
To co-ordinate with finance team for the payment process to settle it as per the agreed term by collating and submitting all the documents as per the internal process.
To co-ordinate with all the internal and external stakeholders to develop or correct the artworks.
To generate all the reporting formats in concern with periodic sales, stocks and purchases.
To co-ordinate with the chosen commercial labs for submitting the product samples for testing and getting the analytical report.
To initiate compiling all the possible technical details as per the approved QA
templates.
To Liaison with PMT team and CMOs for sharing all the related informations and specimens to each other regarding new products.
To find all possible avenues to effect the maximum cost saving measures.
