What will your job look like
You will:
Be responsible for divisional HR budget tracking, yearly HR processes and ongoing HR related back hand updates.
Proactively provide statuses, integrative view and analysis to enable the Business HR teams better decisions making.
Build dashboards that will help all HR teams to monitor their progress (budgets or processes).
Be the first to learn about new tools available to the HR community (dashboards, systems etc) so you can later train the HR teams. Also be the focal point for the teams with dashboards or systems issues.
Streamline work processes demonstrate industry leading practices and standards across the unit/projects. Interface and work with HR data team to constantly improve the HR work.
