Work Timings: This opportunity is for a US-based project and requires working remotely during US business hours (Night Shifts IST).

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in SAP CRM Sales and Service, SD, and integration with ECC and S4Hana. The ideal candidate should have experience across industries like Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, and Rental, and must be able to drive end-to-end implementations, support projects, and client-facing discussions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- 7 to 14 years of relevant experience in SAP CRM Sales and Service along with SAP SD (Order-to-Cash).
- Should have worked on at least two full-cycle E2E implementation projects.
- Deep expertise in SAP CRM configuration, ECC integration, and SD business processes.
- Configure and customize CRM components:
- One Order Object, IBase, Web UI, Business Roles
- Service Orders, Contracts, Complaints, Resource Planning
- Good understanding of CRM Middleware and data flow between CRM and ECC.
- Strong technical proficiency in User Exits, BAPI, BADI, WRICEF objects.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with Senior Management and Clients.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and enhancements in AMS and Support Projects.
- Knowledge of S4 HANA and related versions (1809/1909/2020 and above) is a plus.
