Role & responsibilities
Responsible for business development & sales of Health Insurance and Wellness products.
Recruitment and Training of agents for promotion of health insurance and wellness products.
Creation of database and list of appointment of agents with customers
Provide appropriate advisory to existing and potential clients regarding their Health Plan requirements and existing portfolios
To liaison and establish strong networks with sales, underwriting and product teams of Health Insurance companies .
To assist in closure of large deals in retail lines for the location
