Below are the details of the opening. Job Responsibilities:

Sales Turnover
On time product delivery
Inventory Control (CnF)
IBIS system improvement - Salable and Non salable stock (Block/Sc issues/ Salable/Non salable/ Accountability of sales return)
Transportation cost - Reduction by introducing new Transporter or negotiation with existing transporter
Proper Documentation & MIS reports (related to dispatches from factory to Cnf & Cnf to dealers as well as Cnf's claims)
Monitoring the complete logistics operations and distribution system
Interacting with the various departments of HO/factory, C&Fs for dispatching the consignments
Coordinating with the factory team for ensuring 100% achievement of production as well as packing plan to meet the sales projections/forecast.
Planning of sales forecast, Order management, inventory control & distribution.
Ensuring over all delivery and customer satisfaction in terms of supply chain services
Monitoring reverse logistics like recall, Expiry and rejected goods.
Identify, develop and implement warehousing cost savings projects.
Support internal and external inspections, audit and monthly MIS.
Implement step- change & support in warehouse capabilities and performance.
Manage total warehouses activities
Managing function of Transport desk efficiently and effectively by coordinating with the sales team as well as factory team
Managing transactions with Transport service providers, accurate monitoring of utilization of the vehicle services, billing and payment processing.
Ensure timely communication to internal and external customers with regard to transport function, delivery & dispatches related information.
Manage internal and external customer service levels and ensure it is in accordance with the agreed service standards
Establish and manage operational standards i.e. systems, guidelines, processes & make modifications when appropriate.
Interface regularly with Senior Management and Business Heads to scale up efficient operation of the Transport function.
Monitor and manage the transportation network
Reduce the transit time and contribute to the overall turnaround time(TAT) reduction
Reducing transportation cost and improves vehicle utilization.
Managing the pickup requests.
Implement, document and Improve processes on information flow, escalation handing and other logistics related activities.
Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work, addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
