Job Description

Dear Candidate,

CorroHealth is Hiring for Release of Information (Healthcare)

Job Description:

Must have knowledge on HIPAA, EMR, EHR, Human Anatomy & Medical Terminologies. Respond to phone calls from medical and support personnel requesting medical records or patient identification to be read from the record.

Enter Log medical record requests into MRO database.

Provide excellent customer service by being attentive and respectful.

Understand customer request and follow-through as promised & have to be proactive in identifying client concerns or problems.

Address all incoming requests including opening mail, telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries, depending on the needs to the client.

Have to review requestor information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and obtaining pertinent patient data from various sources, including electronic, off-site, or physical records that match patient request.

Scan medical records into MRO database.

When required, respond to walk-in customers requesting ROI information and log information provided by customer into MRO database.

Maintain confidentiality, security and standards of ethics with all information.

Work location: Hyderabad

Salary : Best in the Industry

Shift time : 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Both way cab provided
