Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Work closely with Dealers to identify and target potential customers within the designated Locations and industry sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular visits to customer sites, and industry events to stay informed about market trends and customer requirements.
• Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to customers, addressing
• inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer-specific requirements and
• provide timely solutions.
• Actively promote L& T Valve products and services to Dealers and end-users.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

• The incumbent should be an Engineering graduate (Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation) with a minimum of 1 years of experience
• Should have experience in Valve Industry or other allied industries.
• Should possess excellent communication skills
