Job Description

As a Partner Business Manager (PBM), you will be responsible for proactively developing partners SAP business by driving demand generation, sales (to net new customers and to the partners current customer base), and partner capabilities with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer renewals. The PBM is the main point of contact for building the partner ecosystem of SAP.
The PBM is the central advisor to the partner, owning the partner relationship end to end, and responsible for coordinating all SAP interactions (with executives, PSA, solutions teams, peers, etc.) to drive partner investments and growth in SAPs solutions portfolio.
The role is responsible for appropriately managing/balancing the use of SAP assets (i.e., Pre-Sales, Training, etc.) The PBM develops partners for long term engagement, health-of-business and transformation to new solutions, technologies, and models. PBMs support partner enablement to drive partners to self-sufficiency from demand generation to closing deals. The PBM provides support to partners in sales cycles via coaching, mentoring, and shadowing in customer facing sales activities.

  • Territory Management Sales Business development planning and execution Experience in driving sales pipeline, demand gen, GTM and enablement with partners, Knowledge of Markets and Competitors, Account Management / Opportunity Management
  • Understand SAPs Overall Strategic Products on Cloud, Negotiation Skills, Consulting Skills, with a proven capability to work in a team & collaborate; with independent accountability

The India Partner Ecosystem Team manages the overall SAP ecosystem across business models. The team manages across the India subcontinent, ensuring Partner Business Plan Budget achievement & growth targets - by industry, geography & solution.
