Job Description

System Management and Configuration:

Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Workday Adaptive Planning system, ensuring it is operating efficiently and effectively.
Maintain data connection between key systems (ERP, HRIS, Data Warehouse, etc.)
Configure and maintain the Adaptive Planning system to meet the evolving needs of the organization, including setting up models, versions, and dimensions.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system through regular audits and validation processes.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the financial planning and analysis functions.
Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance system performance.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in financial planning technology to continuously improve the system and processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership, providing updates on system performance, issues, and enhancements.

Participate in strategic planning and budgeting meetings to provide input and support for financial planning initiatives.
