Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Service team as Executives/Sr. Executives/Specialists. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Shifts timings: Rotational Shifts Week Off : 2 days of Rotational

Transport : Cab for Female Employees after 9PM and for male employees after 11PM.

Reports into :Team Lead

Salary: Upto 2LPA

Job description:

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage customers.
• Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 22 WPM and 85% accuracy.
• Achieve performance metrics and targets set by the management.
• Participate in training sessions for skill enhancement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work effectively in a team environment.

Criteria :

• HSC and above qualification.
• Decent English communication skills.
• VETI Score 3 (Eng Voice Process).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
