Job Description

Job Purpose:

The role requires complete involvement with implementation and driving of authentic South Indian Cuisine Best Practices and Quality Excellence promise and experiences to improve client and customer satisfaction while driving financial objectives of the company. The role requires to have in-depth knowledge of regional South Indian cuisine and ability to deliver effective mobilization & training on standard services, sustaining the service experience through the product life cycle. Developing new food service/ services as per Sodexo standard process. The role should demonstrate good inter-personal skills in dealing with cross function teams like Purchase, Marketing, HSE, Business Development, Training and HR for deployment. Must gauge the potential for success of services and promotions and must deliver and then demonstrate how to implement and achieve them.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Lead Culinary to develop the Culinary structure for the specialized brand.
  • Extending support to all the segments of Sodexo Food Services & Training
  • Ensuring that all the services are implemented as per Sodexo global standards and delivering positive impact on the segment business.
  • Ensuring all service and policies are aligned with the Sodexo business strategy driving business and meeting segment and cross function team goals through effective implementation.
  • Implementing and reviewing the process, product, promotional platform and supporting materials needed to ensure success in the Sodexo business.
  • Extend support to resolve operational challenges with solution that can provide positive impact on business.
  • Active participation in development of culinary solution like standard recipe, menu planning, culinary training, convenience product, pop ups with third party to fulfill segment & business requirements
  • Evaluating and validating the criteria to finalize the service for implementation and support for bidding.

  • Communicating effectively with operations and sales team the benefits and attributes of services that are developed.
  • Be updated on the latest food trend going on in the market with respect to the required brand development.
  • Reporting and reviewing of financial and compliances for the services deployed along with the Lead Culinary & Brand Manager.
  • Visiting sites where services are deployed to audit and ensure right procedures and standards are followed.
  • Ensure onsite product standardization is done through proper training and food trials.
  • Ensuring the support to train staff with the skills required for new innovations developed by food platform and follow the service standards.
  • Sharing of concrete feedback during the promotional development to facilitate in creating the promotion plan and execution guidelines.
