Job Purpose:
The role requires complete involvement with implementation and driving of authentic South Indian Cuisine Best Practices and Quality Excellence promise and experiences to improve client and customer satisfaction while driving financial objectives of the company. The role requires to have in-depth knowledge of regional South Indian cuisine and ability to deliver effective mobilization & training on standard services, sustaining the service experience through the product life cycle. Developing new food service/ services as per Sodexo standard process. The role should demonstrate good inter-personal skills in dealing with cross function teams like Purchase, Marketing, HSE, Business Development, Training and HR for deployment. Must gauge the potential for success of services and promotions and must deliver and then demonstrate how to implement and achieve them.
