WORK LOCATION - HYDERABAD

Roles and Responsibilities DRA CERTIFICATE IS MANDATORY

• Manage debt collection activities, including loan recovery and debt recovery processes.
• Utilize DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification skills for effective collections management.
• Calling Customers from office and recover the Debt.
• RELOCATION BONUS + TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION FOR A WEEK IS ON US
• NO FIELD VISITS- WORK FROM OFFICE.

Preferred Candidate profile:

• DRA CERTIFICATE IS MANDATORY.
• KANNADA & ENGLISH (OR) TAMIL & ENGLISH (OR) MALAYALAM & ENGLISH
• Minimum 6 months experience (with proper pay-slips and Relieving letters)
• Good communication in ENG/TELUGU/HINDI, any regional languages.
• Flexible for Rotational shifts and week-offs
• flexible with 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off
• IMMEDIATE JOINERS.
• FRESHERS WITH DRA CERTIFICATE ARE ALSO APPLICABLE TO WALKIN FOR THE INTERVIEW.
