The candidate must be comfortable working autonomously , but will also have the chance to collaborate with a talented development and design team . Position : Permanent Location : Chennai Salary : 3 to 4 . 2 LPA Job Details : Job Title : Software Test Analyst Experience : 2 - 3 Years Functional Area : IT-Software/ Software Services No : of Openings : 1 Salary Package - 3 to 4 . 2 LPA Mode of Interview : Technical Round of Interview Face to face HR RoundJob Requirements : Mentioned below are some requirements for a Software Test Analyst . The Candidate must have 2 - 3 years of relevant industry experience / Must have experience in Web application testing . Experience primarily into Manual Testing and Automation Testing . Must have knowledge of any scripting language like JavaScript/PHP/ Python . Knowledge of testing tools like JUnit , JMeter , Selenium , Jira , QTP , SOAP UI , Fiddler is required . Knowledge of web services . The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Deriving test scenarios/outlines . Must be Reporting defects and tracking defects . Ability to provide remediation solution of vulnerabilities . Security testing experience is preferred . Must have good written and verbal communication skills . Other Requirements : Knowledge of shell scripting would be an added advantage . A candidate with strong knowledge of any OOPS based programming language will be preferred . Good understanding of attacks such as DHCP starvation , DNS spoofing , email spoofing , phishing , DOS , DDOS , ARP poisoning , XSS , CSRF , SQL Injection , XXE , etc . Good knowledge of TCP/IP and other application and network-level protocols . Must be eager to learn Must be Confident and Punctual of time Candidate with short notice period is highly preferable .
