Job Description

Job Title: Support Service Manager - Incident Manager

Location: Noida


Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Support Service Manager (SSM) to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality, personalized support to our Ultimate Support plan customers. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers (TAM) and internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution, provide regular updates, and improve the overall support experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage critical incidents and provide clear, timely updates to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Conduct service reviews and implement service improvement plans.
  • Communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide insights on support health and customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Incident Management and ITIL processes.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing enterprise customer support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Preferred:

  • Background in BPOs, IT Services, or SaaS.
  • Experience in service improvement and RCA analysis.

Work Hours: US-based shifts (EST/PST)
