Sampark Foundation Today:
Sampark Foundation, now a Harvard Business School Case study on Frugal Innovation creating large scale impact is largely a self-funded organisation founded by Anupama Nayar and Vineet Nayar with a belief that cutting-edge, frugal innovation is the only way to solve problems at scale. The programs have been rolled out across 109,000 schools in 8 states of Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Haryana, Himachal, Utter Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra and based on MOUs signed till date the program is expected to reach 200,000 schools and impact lives to 2 cr children in a meaningful way.
Role of Head HR: Sampark Foundation believes that the impact the program is creating on the ground could be far better than what it is today if we are able to hire and inspire over 500 Sparks working out of 150 remote locations through a dedicated team of 5 HR professionals. We are a fast-growing organisation that is very dynamic and fast moving with an Employee First Culture. We are looking for Head HR who can manage the scale
up of this organisation along with executing strategies to retain the core culture which is key reason for our success. With attrition in single digits and employee satisfaction at very high levels we have done well in HR however the challenge is to retain that as we scale up through systems, processes, and new ideas.
Role and Responsibility: Full Life Cycle management of a Spark 1. Hiring and on boarding Sparks
2. Capacity building of sparks
3. Performance monitoring
4. Engagement and culture
5. Transparent policies
6. Systems and processes to scale
7. Automation
8. Campus engagement
9. New innovations, new experiments, new ways of creating impact.

Profile:
1. HR background preferably in development sector.
2. Experience of hiring at scale
3. Years of experience does not matter -energy, attitude and ideas matter.
4. You can be 30+ or 60+ but should have a burning desire to serve the underserved.
5. Compensation will be in line with the markets however that should not be the reason to join the Foundation
Work Location: Noida Sector 132.
Working days - 5 days a week with 2nd Saturday compulsory work and working hours 10M -7PM.
