L2 Support Engineer for Finacle
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Core Banking system (Finacle) which shall include tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, communication.
Analyzing and providing clarifications to the Banks staff on their concerns on CBS. Discussing with Banks Customization team Providing Support to the Bank during DR Drill Activities.
Patch Testing Before production movement.
Provide training to the newcomers.
Provide support to do EOD activities, if needed.
Experience : 1 to 5 Years experience in CBS Finacle technical support , in a banking setup
