Test Planning: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.

Manual Testing: Perform manual testing for different types of applications (e.g., web, mobile, desktop) to ensure they meet the expected requirements.

Automation Testing: Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or others.

Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects and issues in the product, providing detailed feedback to developers.

Regression Testing: Ensure that new changes or features don't adversely affect existing functionality.

Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the system performs well under various conditions.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand system requirements and design efficient test plans.

Reporting: Prepare test summary reports and metrics for stakeholders to review.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to the software development and testing process to increase efficiency and reduce defects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

Experience with manual and automated testing processes.

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
