Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify and Google Ads, to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive digital marketing initiatives, and optimize our e-commerce operations. Experience in agile methodologies is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Work Hours are USA EST Time 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Oversee and manage e-commerce projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to deliver high-quality projects. Optimize Shopify storefronts, ensuring seamless user experience and maximizing conversion rates. Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost sales. Utilize data analytics to track performance, analyze metrics, and report on project outcomes. Implement and maintain project management best practices, using agile methodologies when applicable. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in an e-commerce environment. Hands-on experience with Shopify platform management and optimization. Strong understanding and practical experience with Google Ads campaigns. Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms. Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
