    About the Job

    PEX role and process engineering. This role focuses on cost reduction, performance enhancement, and compliance with SLAs.

     

    Job Location: Mumbai, Bhayandar

    Job Expectation: Expected work hour window 1hidden_mobile AM IST

    Workdays: 5 days

    Workoffs: Weekends

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education: Required - Six Sigma Certified (Black Belt)
    Experience: 3+ years in a similar role


    Tools Proficiency

    Excellent knowledge of Six Sigma tools and process excellence

     

    Desired Qualifications:


    Process Optimization Analyze and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in overall operations.

    Quality Improvement Use Six Sigma tools to minimize defects in customer service, data processing, and transactions.

    Data-Driven Decision-Making Implement statistical analysis to identify process gaps and drive performance improvements.

    Cost & Compliance Management Reduce operational costs, enhance productivity, and ensure adherence to SLAs and regulatory standards
