Job Description

• The Assistant Manager, IT Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of the companys IT infrastructure
• The role will focus on ensuring the reliability and availability of systems, managing projects, and providing technical support to users

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Operations : Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of the companys IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and availability of systems.
• Project Management : Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Technical Support : Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Problem Resolution : Lead the resolution of complex technical problems, collaborating with team members and vendors, as necessary.
• System Monitoring : Monitor IT systems to ensure performance and security and identify and address potential issues.
• Budget Management : Manage the IT operations budget, ensuring that expenses are kept within established limits.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on technical operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking, server administration, and security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
