Job Description

8+ years experience in designing and developing scalable, distributed systems using Python
Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and architect scalable, reliable, and efficient software solutions using Python and related technologies.
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding best practices and standards within the team.
Collaborate with architects and other technical leads to define system architecture, integration patterns, and development methodologies.
Ensure the team adheres to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, and propose effective solutions to ensure successful project execution.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Python, related frameworks, and software development practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components and effective communication across teams.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
