Job Description

Solution Architect with 12 + years of experience

Design and develop end-to-end software solutions using Python and java ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to understand and gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Create architectural designs and system blueprints to guide the development team in building robust and scalable applications.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to meet project requirements.
Conduct code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize code for efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Perform system-level testing and validation to ensure the quality and reliability of the solutions.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for technical challenges and project constraints.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Python and related technologies, and apply them to enhance the software solutions
