Job Description

1. Reinsurance Programme placement and negotiating terms & conditions with reinsurers.

2. Finalising the Proportional and N on-proportional treaties placement

3. Handling Risk Setup for Facultative, Proportional and Non-Proportional treaty business.

4. Preparing Reinsurance Slips/ cover notes.

5. Responsible for complete documentation and accounting of facultative as well as treaty proposals.

6. Handling internal audits queries.

7. Preparation of Proposed and Final Reinsurance Programme and new renewal structure.

8. Approach reinsurers for renewal term with maximum cover at minimum cost. Verification of treaty slips. and counters signature on agreement.

9. Verification of treaty slip terms & condition for all the treaty agreements.

10. Follow-up with cedant/reinsurers for payments.

11. Generating monthly statement showing business placed and premium/brokerage generated for each month.
