Job Description
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of advanced AI/ML algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions that address business objectives.

- Develop and optimize machine learning models, including deep learning algorithms, using state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
- Build scalable and efficient AI/ML systems that can handle large volumes of data and provide real-time insights.
- Explore and experiment with new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve the efficiency and performance of AI/ML models.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and methodologies, and actively contribute to the companys intellectual property.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement in software development practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements, technical specifications, and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters or Ph.D. degree is preferred.
- 4-5 years of industry experience in AI/ML research and development, with a focus on machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face or other similar frameworks is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining techniques, and predictive analytics.
- Strong experience in leading Large Language Models and GPT models
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable data processing and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver innovative AI/ML solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading AI/ML projects from ideation to deployment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within time and resource constraints.
