Company Description J.RMC Solutions Private Limited is one of the Leading Service Providers in the Manufacturing & Placement of Ready Mix Concrete. Role Description This full-time on-site Account Manager role is located in Thanjavur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Account Manager will also be required to identify opportunities for account growth and efficiency improvements. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience in client relationship management Ability to analyze data and prepare reports Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Relevant experience in account management Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience in the industry is a plus,
