Erp Coordinator @ Actualise Business

Job Description

• Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective ERP workflows and processes
• Train and support users on the ERP system, ensuring they are proficient in its use
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the ERP system in coordination with ERP consultants.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to ERP system usage
• Keep up-to-date with developments in the ERP field, identifying opportunities to enhance our system

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3-4 years of experience working with an ERP system, preferably in a civil engineering context
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with other business processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good Knowledge of Estimation & costing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
