Consults on level 3 incident management resolution.
Contributes to knowledge base data for resolved incidents and requests.
Reports and or fixes inconsistencies with procedures, develops new procedures.
Solves problems across multiple areas.
Makes worthwhile improvements to existing programs, and procedures.
Makes practical suggestions for improving work processes in own area.
Works for consensus and contributes to achievement of work group goals.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Exchange and O365 Administration.
Having experience or knowledge in Slack and Zoom are added advantages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Managing BAU Activities for Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Experience with content archive and supervision technology.
