Manage a team responsible for Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Oversee the preparation of journal entries, general ledger accounting, and intercompany reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to record-to-report processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Identify areas for improvement in RTR processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-4 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting or Record To Report role.
Strong understanding of GL Accounting principles, including journal entries, reconciliations, etc.
Proficiency in RTR tools such as [insert specific tool names].
Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Team Lead experience in RTR and Night Shift experience is MANDATORY in this role .
