Job Description

    JOB TITLE: SALES SUPPORT Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages. Record order in order form. Forward order to coordinator for further process Informing customer about order status Answering customer queries and following up with customers about their order status, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. Inputting and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department. Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. Scheduling customer meetings and sales appointments. Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.
