We specialize in preparing students for competitive exams such as IIT JEE and NEET. Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Manager to oversee and enhance relationships with educational institutions. This role will manage and support the Academic Excellence Managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and engagement with clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for education and a proven ability to manage teams and foster strong partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide the Academic Excellence Managers to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction. Serve as the primary escalation point for addressing complex concerns raised by partner institutions. Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and address their unique needs. Conduct regular visits to meet with administrators and educators, building long-term relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance support. Monitor client feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive retention. Represent the organization during discussions and presentations to decision-makers in the education sector. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate from NIT or IIT 5+ years of experience in customer service or account management, ideally within the education sector. Deep understanding of operations and decision-making processes in educational institutions. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing escalations effectively. Willingness to travel frequently. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
