Job Title: Jio Center Manager (JCM)
Function: Sales & Distribution

Reporting To: Area Business Head (ABH)
Location: Upcountry (Andhra / Telangana)
Graduate or MBA
Lead the team to achieve sales and customer acquisition targets across all three business units (Mobility, Home, and Enterprise).
Optimize cost management and improve productivity within the Jio Center.
Ensure smooth operations and effective management of the Jio Center.
Adhere to statutory compliance requirements and maintain commercial controls.
Obtain necessary permissions for project execution.
Collaborate with Channel Partners to drive productivity.
Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and feedback collection.
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve goals.
Demonstrate a commitment to superior customer engagement and overall experience.
Education: Graduate or MBA
Experience: 10-15 years, with at least 3 years of experience in channel partnering and distribution.
Age: Below 38 years
Team Handling: Must have managed an on-roll team of 3 or more and have experience managing cross-functional teams.
Preferred Industries: Telecom, DTH, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Fintech, Tyre, Paint.
Location: Must be based in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
Language Skills: Expertise in reading and writing in Telugu is required.
Extensive experience in sales, distribution, and channel partnering.
Ability to manage large teams and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Process-oriented with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
