Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee SCM (Order Management & Customer Service) In this role you will be responsible for Order processing , Inventory Management, Customer Communication, Data Entry and Coordination with other departments to ensure timely and accurately order fulfillment. Responsibilities Experience in Order Management or customer support over Email & chat Strong communication skills Should have command over English language Should be well verse with MS Office tools Specially MS Excel Flexible to work in shifts Flexible to stretch as per business need Should be ready to work from office Should have experience of working in MNCs & Global clients Respond to customer query through email, chat. Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend working) Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record . Relevant, proven experience in order management, logistics, or a similar role. Preferred Qualifications/Skills Technical Skills: Proficiency in order management systems (OMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Customer Service: Experience in customer service and handling inquiries. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
