Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify user stories and create BRD (Business Requirement Document).
Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions using problem-solving techniques like FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) or 7QC (Seven Quality Control Tools).
Develop test plans, test cases, and execute testing activities for automotive manufacturing processes.
Provide training on quality control procedures to production team members.
