Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify user stories and create BRD (Business Requirement Document).
• Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions using problem-solving techniques like FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) or 7QC (Seven Quality Control Tools).
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execute testing activities for automotive manufacturing processes.
• Provide training on quality control procedures to production team members.
