Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement reliability programs and strategies to ensure asset optimization and operational excellence.
• Analyze failure modes, perform root cause analysis, and provide corrective action plans.
• Use statistical, mathematical, and engineering principles to improve the reliability and maintainability of equipment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
• Develop maintenance and reliability metrics and track equipment performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize preventative and predictive maintenance plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve the lifecycle of equipment.
• Support operational teams in troubleshooting and problem-solving issues related to equipment performance.
• Provide technical support for risk management and reliability projects.
• Conduct reliability testing, analysis, and simulations for systems and components.
