Key Responsibilities:
Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified
candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals
and Professional Networking.
Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection
before presenting it to clients.
Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.
Requirement:
Good negotiation ,convincing and client servicing skills
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Must be confident, Self-motivated with go- getter attitude
Applicant should possess good communication skills.
Applicant should have good understanding of technology.
Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)- Mon to Friday
