Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale projects in a remote setup. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in remote team management, project execution, and stakeholder coordination. Prior experience in the telecom industry is an added experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage large, distributed teams across multiple time zones, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Develop, execute, and monitor project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive project success.
- Implement and manage project processes, tools, and best practices to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager handling large-scale projects in a remote environment.
- Strong expertise in remote team management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
- Experience in the telecom industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
