Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Architect, design and implement to solve complex Web and App solutions that align with business objectives and integrate with existing systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams in latest technologies solutions and best practices.
- Project Management: Manage any IT projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies, driving innovation within the organization.
- Solution Optimization: Optimize the product or application for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals. Create appropriate business value centric case studies, based on the actual projects that have been executed.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and end-users on all technical tools and solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 7+ years of strong experience in solution architecture including Java, Spring Boot and Micro Services including UI Frameworks such as Angular or React JS solutions, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
- Expertise in core Java. Threading in Java. Python skill is added value.
- Data Science, AI/ML skills are value add.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate and Micro Services.
- Expertise in Restful Web Services, JSON.
- Complete understanding of RDBMS, structured and unstructured data, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
- Skills in Webservers such as, Apache Tomcat, Node JS, NGinX, Jboss.
- AWS Services such as, Lambda, AWS batch, EC2 and other Cloud Solutions such as S3.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their AI/ML services such as Claude, Bedrock, and other solutions such as GPT and NLP.
- Should be well versed in creating solutions in response to customers RFIs/RFPs.
- Adept in Presentation material preparation and doing client presentations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Agile development practice is required.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Technology, cloud computing, or solution architecture are a plus.
Work Mode: Work from Home (WFH) is available; however, based on client requirements, Candidate may need to work from the office (WFO) in Hyderabad.
Time Zone : US
Travel: Candidates should be open to international travel if required for client projects.
