Job Description
Location: Remote/ Work from HomeShift: Night Shift- 6:30PM to 3:30AMJob Summary:
The Automation Analyst is responsible for developing and enhancing automated processes to boost productivity and accuracy. This role involves configuring and modifying client-centric electronic file transfers, ensuring their proper operation and compliance with client and company requirements. The analyst will also troubleshoot and resolve related issues. Key tools utilized include RoboDX, UiPath, and JasperReports.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve automated processes using UiPath, JasperReports, RoboDX, and other automation tools.
- Utilize various software tools to enhance productivity for end-users.
- Identify opportunities for further automation to improve processes.
- Analyze file and business requirements; develop scripts and reports to meet client and company needs.
- Conduct reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and seek responsible automation opportunities.
- Develop SQL skills to investigate and resolve data issues.
- Creatively address complex data challenges using available tools and skills.
- Manage file-processing jobs in RoboDX, including creation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new tools (e.g., HeidiSQL, WinSCP).
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.Required Skills and Abilities:
- 2+ yrs of experience with UiPath (certification preferred), JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Proficiency in Excel and JasperReports (or similar tools like Crystal Reports, Power BI).
- Working knowledge of at least two programming languages, preferably MySQL and JavaScript.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Self-directed and organized.
