Ensure Schedules & supplies on time
Ensuring increase in Share of business through existing supplies on time
Maintain relationship with OEM customer and paitently handle customers
Replying to Email and attend phone call of customer incase of any shortage issue
Emailing weekly dispatch MIS to customers and internally, ensure all backlog supplies are on time
Making Sales analytics reports for respective customer
Maintaining the rite profitability for all products
To ensure 100% customer satisfaction by 100% adherence to schedulevs supplies to respective allocated customers
Ensuring the GRN (for parts & tooling) on time as per logistics agreement and subsequently tracking/ ensuring collection of 100% payment well within time
Responsible to give inputs and contribute to device the 3 year(short and medium)business plan as per management guidelines and strategy.
To ensure monthly tentative schedule accuracy to be 100%as a checker to be punched in system on 25th of every month and firm schedule to be punched on 29th of every month
To oraganise Tech shows amongst the allocated strategic customer in line to business plan.
To send weekly DWM and organise customer action plan in line to meet the end goals as per deviced BP.
