Job Title: Supplier eCatalog Administrator
Job Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:
This position reports directly to the Indirect Systems Manager. In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the eCatalogs in Coupa and Ariba P2P systems within Baxter, implementation and configuration of new and existing eCatalogs (hosted and punchout), complex configuration changes, system testing and troubleshooting while adhering to software development lifecycle best practices.

This role will provide a key link between technical, functional teams and suppliers. You will work closely with Indirect Spend Category Managers to setup the end-to-end process for eCatalogs within Coupa in order to drive the spend strategy thorough Coupa. This position requires strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of Coupa functionality and their Analytics module to provide KPI visibility to the Procurement Indirect team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End configuration, build, test, deploy and maintain eCatalogs in Coupa and Ariba, both Hosted and Punchout
  • eCatalog administration, troubleshooting of system and integration errors, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage short and long term projects & deliverables concurrently and independently
  • Collaborate with the Indirect Systems Manager and internal stakeholders to configure and maintain the eCatalogs in Coupa procurement system to meet the organization's requirements
  • Work closely with the System Administrators in resolving any production issues, deploying upgrades and new functionality related to eCatalogs
  • Monitor adoption and usage of eCatalogs with appropriate KPIs and collaboratively develop corrective actions for non-compliant spend
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to eCatalog processes and procedures, including integration with other procurement systems and processes
  • Complete testing during new system implementation projects and regression testing for scheduled system releases
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable
  • Escalation point for eCatalogs users and technical issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide continued support of the eCatalogs in both Coupa and Ariba.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Coupa Administrator or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Coupa Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in Coupa configuration and administration.
  • Experience with Coupa integration with other procurement systems and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements to technical solutions
  • Experience developing and delivering training material.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent English speaking / written communication
