Managing new RFQ status and reply to cutomer and internally
Maintain marketing back office work for costing/quotation, emailing to cutomers, PO copies, internal follows up with CFT departments
Managing & developing CRM through salesforce software
Handlling customer phone calls and replying to their emails incase of emergency and shortfall of despatch
To ensure 100% customer satisfaction by 100% adherence to schedulevs supplies to respective allocated customers
Weekly & Monthly sales analysis to be presented
Responsible to give inputs and contribute to device the 3 year(short and medium)business plan as per management guidelines and strategy.
To ensure MIS to be sent to all customers on daily bassis
To ensure monthly tentative schedule to be punched in system on 25th of every month and firm schedule to be punched on 29th of every month
To send weekly DWM and organise customer action plan in line to meet the end goals as per deviced BP
