Job Description
We are excited to announce our **CAREER LAUNCH PROGRAM**, designed to provide freshers and students struggling to secure a job in the software industry with a valuable opportunity to kickstart their careers. We are looking for passionate and analytical individuals to join us as **Interns or Software Developer Trainees**.
Eligibility:
- Candidates who graduated between 2020 and 2025 with a BE/B.Tech, MCA, or any graduate degree are eligible to apply.
- Freshers who are struggling to find employment are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant prior experience may be considered for a fast-track induction program, subject to a technical assessment.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborate with senior developers on large-scale, custom distributed systems.
- Participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle, gaining exposure to all product development activities.
- Assist the team lead in implementing and testing complex modules while gaining hands-on programming experience.
- Receive mentorship from senior developers and, in turn, mentor new junior developers.
- Actively contribute as a member of the technical staff, involved in designing, coding, and unit testing complex software components for new or enhanced IT systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables and producing relevant documentation.
What You Need for This Position:
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for software development.
- Bachelor of Engineering or MCA candidates are preferred, though candidates with other degrees may also be considered in exceptional cases.
- Freshers who are struggling to secure employment are encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits:
- During the 36-month training/internship period, candidates will receive a monthly stipend of 10,000 to 15,000.
- Upon successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect an annual salary ranging from 2.4 to 4.2 lakhs.
