- Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Answering questions about a company's products or services
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Resolving issues

- Qualification = Graduation (Mandatory)
- Rotational shifts (Male 24*7 / Female Day shift)
- No cab facilities are provided
- Average communication skills
- Must have Knowledge about credit cards and GST
