Roles & responsibilities
Handle customer complaints
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Ability to Use Positive Language
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Preferred candidate profile
Communication should be excellent in English
Should be 12th pass or above
24*7 Shift for domestic process
Complete night shift for International process (No day shift )
6 days off in a month
CTC upto 17k -19k for domestic
CTC upto 21k - 30k for International
