Profile: Customer/Sr Customer Service Executive
Tech Mahindra is 6 Days working with Rotational week offs / 9.5 hours working.
Job Location : Noida NSEZ
Work from office .
1) Grad/Undergrad can apply,
2) outbond process
3) 6 month or more experience in Customer Support Role
4) An advisor will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries.
5) Take complete responsibility of providing accurate and relevant information and to resolve customers query on the first contact.
6)Good communication skills, written and verbal. Both English and Hindi, Problem Solving Skills. Build a logical approach to address problems.
7) Basic levels of computer proficiency. Working knowledge of MS Office applications like Word & Excel
8) Experience of working in customer services or Telecoms industry (desirable)
9) 6 days rotational shift.
10) Strictly WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY
Location:- NSEZ Noida.
Salary :
Between -2. LPA - 3 LPA.
Age:-18 Yrs - 35 years

Salary: 220,000.00 - 320000.00 per year
