Manual Test Engineer - Capital Market Domain @ AQM Technologies

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual testing plans for capital market applications such as equity, derivatives, bonds, mutual funds, trading systems, risk management systems, and order management systems.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and provide feedback on software quality.
  
• Develop test cases based on business requirements and user stories to ensure comprehensive coverage of product functionality.
  
• Participate in daily stand-ups meetings to track progress and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., logs files) to troubleshoot issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in manual testing with a focus on capital markets domain (investment banking).
  
• Strong understanding of financial products including equities, derivatives, bonds, mutual funds, etc. .
  
• Proficiency in using tools like JIRA Agile Project Management Tool; Excel Spreadsheets; Word Documents; PowerPoint Presentations.
