An ideal candidate for this role would be one with hands-on technical experience on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Notice period:- Immediate to 30 Days

Location:- PUNE /MUMBAI/Remote opportunity

As part of this role, you will:

SFMC Developer

• Be accountable for building integrations with internal and external apps on the platform
• Work closely with the data engineering team to build data integrations scalable into and out of the platform
• Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and scripting language to deliver scalable, responsive, best-in-class email templates with highly dynamic and personalized content
• Manage Automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure that all schedules are executed correctly and debug any failures
• Build responsive web cloud pages for use cases such as landing pages, survey forms, and campaign products
• Be responsible for creating a robust testing process prior to releasing new features/scripts and fixing bugs/fine-tuning features continuously
• Monitor data streams for latency and quality issues

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on experience writing code in HTML, CSS, SQL, and Javascript/AMPScript/Similar scripting language for any other Marketing automation platform
• Well knowledge of HTML/CSS, the ability to fix the bugs on their own
• Worked on Target Creation using SQL, and implemented various automation and should have worked on multiple activities in the automation studio
• Extensive knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities including AMPscript, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
• Experience building applications and innovative email templates on the platform that drive business KPIs
• Having exp in creating email templates from scratch
• Having direct client Interaction exp
• Should have exp in deployment on various campaigns through Journey builder, also should be aware of most of the advanced activities in Journeys like Einstein STO, etc.
• Should have worked on EMAIL, SMS, and PUSH campaigns.
• Should have Well knowledge of campaign types and execution
• Should have experience across multiple channels in SFMC.
• Should have the ability to implement automation to improve process efficiency.
