Experience: Minimum 2 years in insurance sales (motor insurance preferred)

Job Description:
We are looking for Team Leaders to manage and drive a high-performing insurance sales team for the Hero Insurance Sales Process. The ideal candidate will have experience in motor insurance sales and a strong ability to lead, motivate, and train a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead a team of sales executives and ensure productivity and performance.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets for motor insurance policies.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching for improvement.
- Customer Handling: Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively.
- Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in insurance sales, preferably in motor insurance.
- Leadership Skills: Prior experience managing a sales team is preferred.
- Sales & Communication: Strong sales acumen, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
